As you may have heard, we have the honor of being voted Solano County's "Best Of" by the Vacaville Reporter as #1 gym in Solano County for 5 consecutive years: 2019, 2020, 2021,2022, 2023 & 2024  This is a huge accomplishment and it's all thanks to our community and our fit fam. We are not like the rest, and we will continue being the #1 Gym in Solano County.


We have won countless awards from the California Legislature recognizing us as the employee of the year, Congressional Commendation from the Vacaville Chamber of Commerce, and "Who's Who In America."  Founded in 1988, Who's who in America is a compilation of Notable Living Men and Women who are distinguished in a particular field or public standing. It is considered the standard work of contemporary biography in the United States.

DUMBBELL ROCK

 Dumbbell Rock is an exclusive full body toning work out to the rhythm of the beat using dumbbells and custom exercise dance moves that will blow your mind. This workout is designed and created by our top trainer, your favorite trainer "Coach Mugz The Celebrity" to get your muscles popping' and the sweat dropping' it's just a happy hour of fitness fun and excitement.  Every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm & Friday @ 5:30am.

HIP HOP SPIN

 Take spinning to an explosive level with Hip Hop Spin. Go to the beat of the music while spinning to the hottest hits. This class takes you to a new realm of spin with rhythm while burning up those calories and increasing muscle burn.  Every Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm & Friday @ 6:30am.
