This workout is designed and created by our top trainer, your favorite trainer "Coach Mugz The Celebrity" to get your muscles popping' and the sweat dropping' its just a happy hour of fitness fun and excitement. Its a fitness party with sounds provided using in house dj's, DJ John Rok and more. So come Grab some dumbbells and LET'S Rock the night away LETS GO!!!
